About Susan

I’m Susan Ireland, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a background in business operations and leadership at The Boeing Company, and experience as a coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Seasons Leadership.

I spent more than 30 years at Boeing, including the years when Alan Mulally was leading the 777 program and later Boeing Commercial Airplanes. During that time and in the years that followed, I had the opportunity to learn about and implement leadership and management systems across a variety of programs and projects, drawing on the principles and practices of Working Together™. Those experiences continue to influence how I work with leaders and teams today.

I understand the challenges of getting people aligned, making decisions when the answers aren’t obvious, and turning plans into results.
