I've co-authored two articles about Our “Working Together” ™ Leadership and Management System, drawing on my experience with its principles and practices. Both articles were published in Leader to Leader, an award-winning leadership journal founded by Frances Hesselbein and published by Wiley on behalf of the University of Pittsburgh. The journal features insights and experiences from leaders and management experts across business, nonprofit organizations, and other fields.
